A discount code I am trying to use is not working...
Discount codes are codes we use to promote a certain range of products at a discounted price. You enter the code at checkout. If the code is not working on an item you expected it to work on - contact and we will try to resolve the issue. Consider the following if the code continues not to work:

1) The code may of been for a limited time and is now expired.
2) The code may be for select customer groups, such as subscribers only, you may need to be logged in or using the email at checkout you subscribed with.
3) The code is case-sensitive including white spaces - e.g. "CODE20" is not the same as "code 20"
4) The code is not connected to that specific product i.e. some products may be excluded from the use of the code such as items already on sale.

I am trying to use two different discount codes but its not working...
Unfortunately, only one discount code can be applied at checkout at one time.

However, most of our promotions include offers such as 2 for €50 or 2 for €60 using a discount code, you could place a second order availing of both seperate discount codes where you can avail of the free shipping offer over €50 (which is a free automatic discount) on both orders - by doing so you would be placing an order twice.

Alternatively you could contact us on Facebook or by Phone to place the order that way if you prefer to do it all in one transaction. 

My payment won't go through!
If you are having trouble making a payment online, contact us at and we will try to resolve the issue for you.

Note that with increased security measures being developed for our store and for e-commerce in general online, you may need to confirm the use of your card using your banking "app" supplied by your bank, this is called SCA (Secure Customer Authentication), to confirm a purchase with our store if its a first time payment online.

Unfortunately we cannot assist with this area of payment issues and it would be best to contact your bank. 

Why have I been refunded?
We update our website with new stock weekly, where some of our items become very popular once posted to the website, as such they can sell out very fast, we may no longer have stock online of the item in your chosen colour or size. We will get in touch should this occur on your order where we will process a refund to the card it was purchased on for the items we cannot fufill.

I received the wrong item or an item is missing!
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact quoting your order reference number and details of the missing or incorrect items, we would also appreciate any images so we can better understand any mistake made. 

The item I received is faulty.
If an item is faulty, it may be eligible for a refund. Contact to begin the process of resolving an issue with a faulty item. We apologise for the inconvenience of manufacturer errors and we know it can be disappointing. Get in contact with us as soon as possible so we can rectify the problem with a replacement or refund.

Shipping & Returns Shipping Policies and Useful Information currently ships to both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Our current shipping is a flat €5 fee to ship anywhere in Ireland.

Any order placed before 3pm (Monday - Thursday) will be fulfilled and prepared for shipment the same day for "Next Day Delivery"

Orders placed before 3pm on Fridays may be prepared and handed off to our shipping partner, but not shipped till Monday due to carrier availability over the weekends.

Any orders processed after 3pm, will be shipped the following day for a 48 hour delivery service.

Orders placed on weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) or National and Bank Holidays are fulfilled on the next business working day. 

Do you offer free shipping?
Currently we offer free shipping on orders over €50. We also have a free click and collect option for the Dublin area (currently one location)

How do I track my order? 
Lipsticks shipping partner is with Fastway Couriers, to track your order head on over to Fastway's Track and Trace

Reschedule Delivery / Missed Delivery.
For any queries regarding the status of your shipment, reschedule deliveries, missed deliveries or pick up details at Fastway's depot, Fastway Couriers have a great FAQ section on how to solve these issues.

Note that missed deliveries do not return to Lipstick Online and are held at Fastway Couriers Depots.

Can my order be delivered to an address other than my billing address.
Yes. When you are entering your shipping address, a pre-selected tick box "same as billing address" is selected. Tick this box and you will have access to enter a different address to your billing address. 

I want to Return, how can I send this to you?
We accept returns within 28days of purchase.

Items returned after the 28 day period will not be accepted and resent back to the original delivery address. 

To return an item to the online store - you can post the item back or drop it off at:

Ensure you include your order number reference which looks like LO-1234 and reason for returning. 

How to make a return:

1) You will receive a peel off label with your original shipped order. 

2) Place the returns label on your parcel.

3) Return your parcel at your local Post Office. 

If you have lost the shipping label. Please manually write the shipping address to your package as see below:

Please note that shipping fee's are non-refundable. 

My parcel has not arrived. What do I do?
If your parcel has not arrived at an expected time, contact quoting your order number and a member of our team will endeavour to get back to you within 24 working hours to resolve the issue. We may need to lease with our delivery partners to track the location of the parcel. Please bare with us as we resolve any issues with lost parcels. 

I don't live in Ireland, do you ship internationally? 
At this time, only ship within the island of Ireland - we do not ship outside Ireland, any order attempted to ship outside of Ireland will not be fulfilled and a refund will be processed.
