We do not offer Subscriptions, Pre-Orders or Try Before You Buy Services, however if you wish to cancel an order, please reach out to the team at sales@lipstick.ie before shipping has taken place. We will endeavour attempt to cancel an order before shipping. If an order has shipped, you can follow the Returns process.
