www.lipstick.ie currently ships to both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Our current shipping is a flat €5 fee to ship anywhere in Ireland.
We offer free shipping on orders over €59.
Any order placed before 3pm (Monday - Thursday) will be prepared for fulfillment, however we have a 3 - 7 Working Day Delivery Service.
Orders placed before 3pm on Fridays may be prepared and handed off to our shipping partner but may incur additional days to ship ontop of the general 3 - 7 Working Day Delivery Service.
Any orders processed after 3pm, will be prepared for fulfillment the following working day and shipped within the 3 - 7 working day delivery service .
Orders placed on weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) or National and Bank Holidays are prepared and fulfilled on the next business working day for our 3 - 7 Working Day Delivery Service
Do you offer free shipping?
Currently we offer free shipping on orders over €59. We also have a free click and collect option for the Dublin area (currently one location)
How do I track my order?
We are currently trialing Xpect as a new delivery partner. Their service offers regular shipping pick ups which suits our needs.

Can my order be delivered to an address other than my billing address.
Yes. When you are entering your shipping address, a pre-selected tick box "same as billing address" is selected. Tick this box and you will have access to enter a different address to your billing address.
My parcel has not arrived. What do I do?
If your parcel has not arrived at an expected time, contact sales@lipstick.ie quoting your order number and a member of our team will endeavour to get back to you within 24 working hours to resolve the issue. We may need to lease with our delivery partners to track the location of the parcel. Please bare with us as we resolve any issues with lost parcels.
I don't live in Ireland, do you ship internationally?
At this time, www.lipstick.ie only ship within the island of Ireland - we do not ship outside Ireland, any order attempted to ship outside of Ireland will not be fulfilled and a refund will be processed.
