Refund policy
You have 28 days from the shipping date of your order to return your items. Online returns can be accepted at any of our stores. If you wish to return your item instore, we can offer a credit note or exchange. We are unable to process online refunds instore. REFUNDS can only be processed through original method of payment from our returns department.
Refund can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment card; if you do not have the original payment card, we can offer you an exchange or refund onto a Lipstick gift voucher.
Return & Refund Procedure
To return an item purchased you can use one of the options below:
Option 1: EXCHANGE. Return to any Lipstick store for credit note or exchange, simply ask any member of staff who will assist you.
Option 2: REFUND REQUEST OR EXCHANGE via your online account at accounts.lipstick.ie. Login to your online account and request a return for review, once approved, follow the emailed instructions to complete the return . If a return was denied, you can reach out to sales@lipstick.ie to find out why .
Option 3: REFUND REQUEST OR EXCHANGE via sales@lipstick.ie. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return .

Please be aware that return shipping/postage fees or return labels are not included in the returns process. Customers are responsible for organizing and covering the cost of return postage. Regrettably, we are unable to compensate for these return fees.
All returns are your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
Items must be returned in their original condition with proof of purchase.
To improve the processing of your returned item please ensure the goods are repackaged in their original packaging with a note explaining the reason for the return.
Your refund will be issued once the return has been received by us. Please allow up to 14 days for your account to be credited.
Please retain proof of postage.
The above policy does not apply for items purchased in store and does not affect your statutory rights.
