Once your order has been shipped, a notification email will be sent to your inbox from sales@lipstick.ie with details of your order, separately, a tracking number is raised by our Shipping Partner who will communicate to you in a separate email.

Who Ships My Order?

We are currently trialing Xpect as a new delivery partner. Their service offers regular shipping pick ups which suits our needs.

Wheres my Tacking Number?

Xpect as our new delivery partner receive your shipping information and reach out to you directly with the tracking number.

We are currently working on integrating their system to our website, so the tracking number is included in your order details.

A Note on Fastway Couriers

Fastway Couriers was our long term delivery partner, however, Fastway Ireland ceased to trade with immediate effect from 28 October 2025, and, as such, no further deliveries will be processed across the Fastway Ireland network.

What does this mean?

We will no longer be shipping with Fastway Couriers and are actively searching for a new shipping partner.
